Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays beyond our control.
Orders will be shipped 1 - 3 business days after the order is placed. You will be contacted by email in the event the product is not in stock or may be delayed in leaving our facility.
You will be contacted by email if Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools has questions pertaining to your order. Your order will not be processed until we have received a response from you.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION & TRACKING:
You will be emailed when your package is sent. This email will contain tracking information so you can see when your package will be delivered.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the package for any damage before accepting from the carrier. Any damage due to shipping must be immediately be reported to Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools and a claim submitted to the carrier.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to ensure you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
