Full Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated full-time Order Desk with 2 years’ experience to join our front counter team for the growing demands of our company. Our front counter team assists walk-in customers in our show room, answers phone calls, stocks shelves, fill orders, and assists with inventory cycle counts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of fasteners and industrial products to advise customers with the products and their needs. They will possess personable, engaging interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships. They will have a reliable work style with self-initiative, integrity, and commitment to Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools. This individual must have high attention to details, able to work with a team, have great communication skills, be physically fit, with high organization skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Assists walk-in customers in our show room
  • Answers phone calls
  • Stocks shelves
  • Fill orders
  • Assists with inventory cycle counts
  • Regularly lift 40lb boxes
  • Work with sales team to assess a customer’s needs and requirements
  • Provide product knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years experience order desk
  • Industrial supply and fastener knowledge
  • Be physically fit
  • Willingness to learn and continually improve
  • Reliable work style with self-initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to share information with a collaborative and flexible style with all levels in the company
  • Ability to follow quality services standards, comply with company rules and regulations
