Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT:
Orders will be shipped 1 - 3 business days after the order is placed. You will be contacted by email in the event the product is not in stock or may be delayed in leaving our facility.

You will be contacted by email if Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools has questions pertaining to your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you select shipping with no signature required, request delivery without a signature or have an existing Signature Not Required agreement in place with the carrier you assume all risk for lost or damaged shipments.

We will be unable to make a claim on your behalf and may not replace lost/damaged goods.

DANGEROUS GOODS:
Products determined by Transport Canada as Dangerous Goods will either have additional shipping fees added or, in some cases, may not be shippable. You will be contacted by Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools if the product falls under Dangerous Goods to discuss shipping options.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION & TRACKING:
You will be emailed when your package is sent. This email will contain tracking information so you can see when your package will be delivered.

DAMAGE:
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the package for any damage before accepting from the carrier. Any damage due to shipping must be immediately be reported to Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools and a claim submitted to the carrier.

DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to ensure you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

In the event delivery attempts are made and the receiver is unavailable, the carrier holds your package for pickup and your package is not picked up, your package will be shipped back to Lethbridge Fasteners & Tools. Your order will be refunded minus the delivery and return shipping costs, and minus any additional fees the carrier has charged.

INTERNATIONAL AND U.S. SHIPPING:
We do not ship outside Canada
